Procedure (2022-23)
- Please visit Admission Portal http://www.charuchandracollege.online/ for all information and Online Application for admission.
- As per Government G.O 754-Edn(CS)/4c-56/2015, Dated: 11.07.2017, 05% relaxation of totoal marks for meritoius sports persons of State-level postion holders/ National-level participants for admission in UG level is applicable.
- Admission will be held strictly on the basis of merit. All financial transactions will be made through bank only. College authority will not be responsible for any unauthorized payment to anybody regarding admission in the college.
- A candidate who passed the H.S. or its equivalent examination (10+2 Level) in 2022 / 2021 (Except Compartmental Candidate) is eligible to apply for admission to the B.A./ B.Sc./ B.Com. (Honours or General) Courses.
- No physical presence will be required at the College during admission process, all verifications will be done after the commencement of classes. Merit lists will be published on the college website, applicants are required to keep in touch with the college website.
- ANY RECOGNIZED BOARD OF FOREIGN COUNTRIES WILL HAVE TO PRODUCE EQUIVALENCE CLEARENCE FROM AIU DELHI (in case of NRI or other than NRI).
- Testimonials of Students of Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan will be produced to verify the documents before taking Admission to Equivalence Section of the University of Calcutta.
- Please note that admission will be treated as cancelled without any further notification if -
- Any discrepancy if found in the information as furnished during online admission and verification of documents.
- For transfer or readmitting purpose, students need to produce Transfer Certificate or Admission Cancellation certificate at the time of physical verification of documents.
- For reserve category the candidate has to produce Original certificate as issued by the competent authority in his/ her name only during physical verification of documents.
- Caste Certificate issued by Other State is not accepted as per Government Rules, for candidates studying in W.B
